Part your hair in 4 to 6 sections detangle with the rapid growth spray if needed. Twist each section (two strand twists). Start with the shampoo and conditioner wash as usual. Apply the hot oil treatment next. Warm a bowl of water in the microwave place the bottle of hot oil treatment upright in the bowl until it is warm. Apply the oil to each section of the hair. Place some oil on your hands and apply it to the ends of your hair. Cover with a cap for 15 to 30 minutes. Gently rinse out the excess oil with warm water. Do not wash your hair again. If needed apply the rapid growth oil to your scalp. If you feel your hair is already moisturized enough from the hot oil treatment use the rapid growth oil in the following days every other Day three times a week. Apply a small amount of conditioner to each section followed by braiding each section for air drying. Before applying the conditioner to your hair place a dime size amount in your hand rub it together to warm the conditioner then apply. If your ends feel dry throughout the week feel free to apply a small amount. Protective or low manipulation styling is recommended to prevent access breakage or damage. Please avoid heat as much as possible
